Refund Policy – The Auction
In the event of a legitimate dispute, in most of the times it will be refunded to the client.
The auction attracts more Elite Sponsors willing to spend more. What is going to be auctionned is the time the Nice Members are going to spend. The winner of the auction is awarded with your time.
It's FREE to be part of the auction; just select the Nice Member you want to spend time with and start the competition. If you win, you will have her attention.
Note: The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to a date that did not go well because of a lack of chemistery between the members. We are not responsible for lack of chemistry.
No physical contact between the members is implied nor promised by winning the auction and meeting the Nice Member.
If you win the auction and you do not go on a date with the Nice Member within 30 days after the contest closes, you will not be refunded the money you invested in the auction.
If the Nice Member does not show up at the scheduled meeting, or leave before the end of the scheduled duration of the meeting, the winner of the auction might have a right to a reimbursement of one part or all of the winning bid.
What is the "Money Back Guarantee"?
The Money Back Guarantee (only for auctions) entitles you to get your money back for up to 15 days from contest closing. Please contact our Support Team for your money back by emailing contact@myelitesponsor.com. If you have already selected a Nice Member and released the funds, you are not eligible for a refund.
